JP Recruitment are seeking 3 x Machine Operators for long term roles working with a leading manufacturer based in Neerabup.

Working in a small team of 3, you will be trained to operate a granulation machine which is fed various materials and granulates them for recycling.

It's a physically demanding role spent outside most of the time.
Training will be provided on day shift then you will be on rotating shifts.

Duties

• Operate, maintain and troubleshoot granulation machine
• Operate a Forklift to maneuver items in the yard and workshop
• Yard duties, organizing storage areas, housekeeping
• Unloading or loading trucks
• Use a chainsaw to cut materials

Selection Criteria - we seek candidates with the following attributes:

• Machine operating experience and a mechanical aptitude
• Forklift license and experience with ugly freight, able to pass a VOC
• Drivers license preferred
• Fit, healthy and able to pass a drug test
• Able to work well in a small team
• Able to work and complete all tasks without Supervision
• A focus on safety
• Experience using a chainsaw desirable

Pay and Roster
Hourly rate is $32.25/hr to $48.37/hr. Penalties paid after 7.6 hrs.

• Dayshift is 8am to 4pm;
• Afternoon shift 4pm - midnight
• Nightshift is midnight to 8am

The shifts will rotate every couple of weeks.
