Experienced Property Manager
We are looking for an experienced Property Manager who has a strong focus on providing service excellence in their communication with both tenants and landlords. Flexible work hours can be arranged over 4 or 5 days per week, 30 hours per week.
You will be managing your own quality portfolio of approx 70 select properties, backed by an amazing team.
Role and Responsibilities:
Maintenance management
End-to-end portfolio management of approx. 70 local properties
Cutting-edge entry, exit and routine reporting
Court and insurance matters
Lease renewals
Liaise with existing Landlords & Tenants
Organise and facilitate open for inspections on new and existing managements
Maintain an organized database of prospective tenants
Process and finalise applications for potential tenants
Create and execute marketing plan for all new managements
Skills and Experience
As this role has a strong emphasis on ensuring that properties are expertly managed, the perfect candidate will enjoy the challenge of providing thorough communication and reporting which exceed industry standards. The successful applicant will also exhibit outstanding maintenance management skills. Other skills required are:
Exceptionally high attention to detail
Hold a Qld Sales Registration Certificate
At least three years’ experience in property management is essential
Exhibit good time management skills
Have a current driver's licence
Have a professional telephone manner and be well-groomed
Good written and verbal communication
Communicate positively with both landlords and tenants
Great problem-solving skills
Experience in programs such as PropertyMe and Realworks is advantageous
Experience in Trust Accounting is essential
