About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Norval Real Estate as a Property Manager. This role can be either part-time or full-time, and is based in the beautiful coastal town of Yaroomba, Queensland. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring the properties are well-maintained and tenants are satisfied.

What you'll be doing

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties, including leasing, inspections, maintenance coordination and tenant communication
• Advertising and leasing vacant properties to new tenants
• Conducting regular property inspections and coordinating any necessary repairs or maintenance
• Handling tenant inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
• Ensuring all relevant documentation and records are up-to-date and accurate
• Providing exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants
• Liaising with tradespeople and contractors as needed

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a property management role, preferably in a residential setting
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Familiarity with relevant property management software and systems
• Knowledge of real estate legislation and regulations in Queensland
• A positive, proactive and solutions-focused attitude
