About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our team based in Browns Plains. This part-time position is ideal for someone passionate about real estate and committed to delivering exceptional service to our residential tenants and landlords. You'll be working alongside a supportive and experienced Property Management team in a boutique agency setting.

What you'll be doing

Assisting Property Management team with the day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential rental properties

Liaising with tenants and landlords

Managing workflow of lease renewals and rent reviews

Coordinating property maintenance and repairs

Assisting in routine inspections, entry/exit inspections and open home

Providing administrative support to the Property Management team as required

Saturday work may be required occasionally

What we're looking for

Queensland Real Estate Licence

Previous experience in a property management or similar real estate role, preferably in residential leasing

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

Proficient in using relevant property management software and Microsoft Office applications

A positive, customer-focused attitude and a genuine interest in delivering high-quality service
