About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our team in South Brisbane. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of approximately 120 properties across three locations nearby. You will work alongside an Operations Manager and receive admin support to assist with your day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the key point of contact for owner and tenant communications

Manages new leases and lease renewals

Effectively manage bond and rent arrears

Conduct property inspections like routine, exit and entry inspections for properties

Manage maintenance requests and coordinate repairs

Trust accounting

The Ideal Candidate:

Holds a current QLD Real Estate Certificate

Has at least 2 years of experience in property management

Familiar with trust accounting systems, ideally Property Me

Demonstrates exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

Professional, reliable, and passionate about delivering great service
