Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Property Managers with at least 2 years experience.

Someone who loves what they do and are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we provide the best customer service to all of our clients.

What will you be doing?

You will be doing property management and leasing for our inner south Portfolio from Victoria Park across to Fremantle on a full time basis.

The portfolio is 110 properties which are very well managed with everything up to date and a full handover will be provided from the current property manager, this is a temporary position until we find the permanent replacement.

You will be the single point of contact for clients, while being heavily supported by our admin team & head of Department.

Your duties will include:

Advertising and showing properties for lease.

Routine inspections.

Handling of maintenance.

Final bond inspections.

Rent Reviews - with assistance.

Lease renewals - with assistance.

Management Authority Renewals - with assistance.

Arrears management - with assistance.

Building relationships.
