Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Location: HQ (Front of House)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Sales Coordinator to support our growing team across both direct-to-consumer (DTC) and wholesale (B2B) channels. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You will be the first point of contact for customer and wholesale partner inquiries, and will play a key role in supporting the wider sales team across a range of administrative and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service – Direct to Consumer (DTC):
Manage all customer service communications across multiple Shopify e-commerce platforms (e.g., Ginia, Hanro, Faherty, and others)
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, inbound calls, and return portal messages
Develop an in-depth knowledge of all brand portfolios and product lines to provide informed and personalized assistance
Ensure a seamless and premium customer experience throughout the purchase and post-purchase journey
Wholesale – B2B:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all wholesale inquiries
Accurately input and process purchase orders (POs) into Cin7, supporting weekly replenishment calls
Coordinate B2B customer returns and exchanges with a focus on maintaining strong client relationships
Provide administrative support to Brand Managers, including price list updates, line sheet creation, sales asset preparation, and appointment scheduling
Prepare for sales markets by organizing sample collections and supporting showroom merchandising
Maintain the showroom in a clean and professional state; manage steaming, tagging, and visual merchandising of collections
Oversee the dispatch and tracking of samples to agents both domestically and internationally
Conduct monthly check-in calls with boutique customers in the U.S. and share weekly stock-on-hand (SOH) reports
Organize domestic and international travel arrangements for the sales team, including logistics for mobile showroom displays (e.g., racks, hangers, steamers, mannequins)
Act as the company’s “Front of House,” managing all inbound calls and directing inquiries appropriately
Qualifications & Experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Shopify; familiarity with ERP systems (Cin7 preferred)
Previous experience within a fashion wholesale or retail environment is highly regarded
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented mindset with a flexible and proactive approach
Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
A relevant tertiary qualification is desirable, but not essential
