ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a friendly and proactive individual to serve as the initial point of contact for phone inquiries and internal sales, managing spare parts enquiries and handling general office administration tasks.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Qualifying and directing incoming inquiries

Processing orders, reviewing open orders and informing clients of any delays

Managing the sales order process

Handling spare parts inquiries with after-sales support

Maintaining and entering data in SAP and Hubspot CRM

Sourcing office supplies and assisting with coordination of office events

Providing backup support for domestic freight coordination

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who enjoys providing customer service or other administrative functions.

You will be well organised and responsible, with an aptitude in problem-solving

To succeed in this role, you will also need to:

Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Be a team player with high level of dedication

Have good knowledge of MS Office applications

Experience in SAP will be advantageous but not essential
