Drummoyne Sailing Club is renowned for hosting exceptional functions and events, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-driven Administration Coordinator to help us grow our business.

Your Role as Administration Coordinator
In this crucial role, you’ll support the Functions team by responding to enquiries via phone, email, and social media. You’ll quickly and professionally draft customised quotes to secure business, ensuring that every prospective customer receives all the information they need – and more! Once quotes are finalised, you’ll seamlessly hand over clients to the club’s functions team for the next steps, such as walkthroughs and tastings.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and warmly to all function and event enquiries.
Draft and send accurate, on-brand, and professional quotes without mistakes.
Maintain and update the database with correct and up-to-date client details.
Assist in securing bookings by delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Support the Functions Coordinator and team with administrative tasks as needed.
About You
You’re highly organised, efficient, and have exceptional attention to detail. You can turn around enquiries and quotes quickly, ensuring a seamless experience for potential clients. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a friendly and professional manner, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
You’ll Bring:
Proven administration experience with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Excellent communication skills with a warm and engaging approach.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
A keen eye for detail to ensure all documents and quotes are flawless.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email management, and database upkeep.
A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently while being a team player.
