The role of Administration Assistant will provide administration support to WHS and Compliance through conducting WHS audits, reviewing incident reports, lodging and reviewing workers compensation claims in consultation with the Quality Coordinator and other administration duties as requested.
The role is classified as Level 2 of the SCHCDS Award. As a Not-For-Profit, we can offer opportunities to salary sacrifice which can increase your take home pay.
Role criteria:
· RTW Coordinator certification highly regarded
· Current valid driver’s license
Qualifications
· Willingness to acquire Certificate IV in WHS or equivalent qualification
Professional skills and experience
· Substantial experience in an administration role with knowledge of WHS Act and standards.
· Knowledge of WHS legislations and process.
· Ability to use the Microsoft Suite at an intermediate level
· Commitment to the Disability and Children’s Services Standards and WHS Act and Standards.
Interpersonal skills and experience
· Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to problem-solve and use initiative.
· Strong communication skills and demonstrated capacity to collaborate as part of a diverse team.
· Ability to work autonomously and utilise time effectively
· Willingness to undertake periodic travel to locations around NSW to conduct audits, provide training and support Multitask’s operational objectives.

The role is 60 hours per fortnight for 12 months.
