About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Vegetation Management Analyst to join the team at the Keswick Head Office. This full-time permanent role provides analytical support to the Vegetation Management group, playing a critical role in the development and monitoring of the annual Vegetation Management Plan. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to conduct performance reporting, benchmarking analysis, and scenario modelling to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of vegetation clearance programs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a cost-effective annual Vegetation Management Plan incorporating all stakeholder inputs
Provide analytical support to enhance efficiency and outcomes of the vegetation program
Conduct benchmarking, financial forecasting, and scenario modelling to support strategic decision-making
Produce and review monthly financial forecasts and monitor actuals against budget
Analyse and report on performance, including financial and operational KPIs
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives such as LEAN projects and innovation programs
Skills and Experience Required
Strong analytical skills with experience in financial forecasting and reporting
Ability to develop and manage detailed project or operational plans
Proven ability to interpret data and provide strategic insights
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Organised, proactive, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
Experience in vegetation management, infrastructure planning, or a related field
Familiarity with LEAN or continuous improvement methodologies
Knowledge of environmental compliance or vegetation clearance regulations
