Our client is currently seeking a Project Manager to deliver a range of current and upcoming maintenance projects.
Based in Fremantle working 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday for a period of 6 months.

Key duties include
· Manage end to end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they meet specified requirements and timelines.
· Develop and maintain various project management deliverables to support project execution including Business Requirements, Scopes of Work, Project Delivery Plans, Schedules, and Project Closure Reports.
· Prepare Final Investment Decisions utilising commercially sound justifications and delivering accurate cost estimates to obtain budget approval.
· Identify, manage and report projects risks, issues and interdependencies to maintain cost, quality and schedule compliance.
· Manage project budgets, objectives and planned benefits, ensuring successful project completion and value realisation.
· Partner effectively with key stakeholders and influence critical outcomes.

About You
· Demonstrated experience managing maintenance projects.
· Familiarity with project management frameworks, methodologies, and products.
· Excellent knowledge of project controls, change management, scheduling and risk management.
· Integrated, analytical and systematic approach to problem solving.
· Change management skills, ability to influence and negotiate outcomes.
· Well-developed communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal) including the ability to develop team skills and rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
