We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about maintaining accurate financial systems. On-site at Kangaroo Point, Brisbane with free undercover parking.

Key Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and invoicing.​

Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.​

Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.​

Assist with budgeting and forecasting to support business planning.​

Ensure compliance with Australian tax regulations.

Collaborate with external accountants and auditors as needed.​

Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar financial role.​

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite.​

Strong understanding of accounting principles and Australian tax laws.​

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.​

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.​

Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field are preferred.
