About the Role

Specialised Support Coordinators and Social Workers at Croften Care play an integral part in our ability to support complex clients living with disabilities and their support networks. Croften Care is seeking a candidate that has exceptional communication and rapport building skills who wants to make a meaningful impact on the lives of the people we support.

This role will be based out of our office on Fullarton Road in Rose Park and our Community Hub located to the West of Adelaide. Working closely with the Programs Coordinator on group programs and activities and independently with clients in Coordination and Therapy roles.

Requirements:

Allied Health Degree with Professional Membership (AASW, SPA, OTA, AHPRA)

Clearances - DHS Working with Children, Child Safe Environments, Disability and Vulnerable Persons, NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate and a current Drivers License.

Good working knowledge of NDIS Legislation and NDIA procedures and protocols.

Strong verbal and written English language skills is essential

Access to vehicle for home and community meetings with participants

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse populations

Commitment to social justice, advocacy, and empowerment of marginalised individuals

Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of clients and the organisation.
