About the Role

We’re seeking a Business Development Manager to take ownership of growth – someone who can literally get on the board and go find new clients.

Your mission?
Secure new business opportunities across the insurance industry, corporate groups, and high-spending advertisers looking for serious results with Google Ads.

This is not a junior role. You’ll need to be proactive, confident engaging C-level decision makers, and experienced in selling digital marketing services, ideally performance-based like Google Ads or paid media.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively prospect, identify, and close new clients in the insurance and corporate verticals.

Leverage our specialist positioning to win deals with high-spending Google Ads clients.

Build strong, strategic relationships with marketing decision-makers, CMOs, and business owners.

Create and deliver compelling pitches using our library of successful case studies and client results.

Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and consistently exceed growth targets.

Collaborate closely with our founder and performance team to align acquisition strategy with campaign execution.

Represent the agency at events, conferences, and networking functions where relevant.

What You Bring

3+ years experience in a BDM, sales or partnerships role (preferably in digital marketing or advertising).

Proven track record of winning new business and building high-value client relationships.

Confidence selling to enterprise and corporate clients – especially in insurance, finance, or high-competition verticals.

Strong understanding of Google Ads, paid media, or performance marketing is a big plus.

Self-starter attitude with a hunter mindset – you don’t wait for leads, you make them happen.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-moving, specialist agency with a focus on outcomes and quality.
