We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to lead the operations of our stores.

Role Overview
As the Retail Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the stores, lead and train staff, manage stock and visual merchandising, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, stock control, and merchandising.

Lead, train, and manage retail team members to achieve performance and sales targets.

Implement and maintain store policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Manage stock levels, supplier orders, and inventory.

Prepare and manage staff rosters, payroll, and budgeting.

Monitor and report on sales performance, identify opportunities for improvement.

Maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness.

Skills & Experience

Minimum 1 year experience in retail management (newsagency or similar retail environment preferred).

Qualification – Diploma, Advance Diploma or Higher

Strong leadership and staff supervision skills.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and make sound operational decisions.

Understanding of local business compliance requirements and health & safety regulations.

Be proficient in using Excel and retailer software Tower Systems.
