OPPORTUNITY
This full-time, field-based role offers the chance to manage a well-established customer base while identifying new business opportunities. You’ll work closely with clients, providing expert advice on PPE, workwear, and site safety solutions to meet their operational needs. Key duties include:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients across Adelaide and regional South Australia
- Identify customer safety requirements and provide tailored product solutions to suit their industry and compliance obligations
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective territory planning and consultative selling
- Prepare and deliver quotes and proposals with professional follow-up to secure orders
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment and exceptional service delivery
- Keep up to date with industry trends, regulations, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
- Accurately manage and update CRM data for lead tracking, account management, and sales reporting
- Report on territory performance and customer feedback to management

CANDIDATES
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within safety, industrial, or trade supply sectors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage a field-based territory
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A current driver’s licence (essential)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (SAP experience is a plus)
- Knowledge of PPE, workwear, and safety compliance requirements is highly regarded
