Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Trades Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting the daily operations of our EPS manufacturing process by setting up tools, changing and adjusting machine tools, perform small repair jobs. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up tools and machinery for daily operations.
• Perform tool changes and machine setups as required for production.
• Conduct regular factory start-ups, ensuring all equipment is operational.
• Perform small repair jobs and basic troubleshooting of machinery and tools.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with other team members and follow instructions from supervisors.

Requirements:

• Experience in a manufacturing or trades assistant role preferred.
• Familiarity with tools, machinery setup, and minor repairs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Proficiently use hand and power tools to assist in setting up tools and machinery for daily operations.
