About the role

Apex Accounting and Wealth Services' is seeking an Adviser & Administrative Associate to join our team in Penrith, NSW. This full-time role will see you providing financial planning, accounting, and administrative support to our clients, helping them achieve their financial goals.

What you'll be doing

Supporting financial advisors provide high-quality financial planning advice to individual and business clients

Preparing and reviewing financial plans, investment portfolios, and tax returns

Assisting with client onboarding, account maintenance, and general administrative tasks

Collaborating with the broader Apex Group team to ensure seamless client service

Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices

potentially growing into a client facing and advisory role in the near term.

What we're looking for

Relevant tertiary qualifications in financial planning, accounting, or a related field

1-3 years of experience in a similar financial advisory or administrative role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail

A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving

A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
