The Role

• Responsible for assisting one of the Senior Advisers with the proactive management of a client’s affairs. This includes ongoing client maintenance, preparing for annual progress meeting’s and managing/preparing any compliance obligations and reviews
• Responsible for developing and managing internal relationships with the Advisers and key external service providers to create and maintain administrative and operational efficiencies
• Formulating and preparing Statements of Advice (SOA) documents across a wide range of financial strategies
• Responsible for developing and managing internal relationships with the Advisers and key external service providers to create and maintain administrative and operational efficiencies

About you:

• Degree qualified, you will meet all the current education requirements and be committed to ongoing learning and training on the job
• You will need to have completed your PY
• Experience within a paraplanning, client service or other associate role preferred so that you can hit the ground running
• Have a solid understanding of tax, superannuation, retirement income streams, investments and financial products
• Be genuinely passionate and interested in one day becoming a financial planner
• Enjoy working as part of a team with the ability to use initiative and judgement in problem solving situations
• Have a proactive attitude towards career development
