We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Retail Manager to take the lead at My Sensory Space.

We are looking to immediately fill this permanent full-time position of Retail Manager at My Sensory Space, Retail store and pop up locations.

The duties you will be expected to complete in this position include but are not limited to:

 Overseeing all daily store operations

 Selecting, leading and mentoring a high-performing retail team

 Delivering exceptional customer service

 Managing inventory, visual merchandising, and sales performance

 Ordering and pricing stock in consideration of sales target, seasons and customer

preferences

 Ensure health and safety regulations are met at all times

We require the following:

 Possess at least 1 year of proven experience in retail management

 Be consistent and able to work well in a team

 Strong leadership and organizational skills

 A customer-first mindset and hands-on approach

 Passion for great service, sales and sensory products.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

8 hour shift
