This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, aspiring and customer focused Retail Manager to join our ever growing and well-loved family business.
About the Role
The primary role of the Retail Manager is to lead and manage employees, working alongside the Managing Pharmacist. In addition, you are also responsible for:
Coordinating staff recruitment
Coordinating staff training and development activities
Supporting and contributing a cooperative organisational culture
Assisting with customer service queries
Resolving staffing issues and stock discrepancies
Ensuring organisational policies and procedures are followed
Maintaining workplace Occupational Health and Safety
About You
Associate degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma qualification
At least 1 year of relevant experience in a high volume, fast-paced Pharmacy setting

Effective leadership and management skills
Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving experience, and the ability to de-escalate situations
Proven ability in working towards sales targets and KPIs
Ability to manage underperforming staff and other staffing issues
Proficiency in using computer systems
Ability to build strong and effective relationships with all levels of staff
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication skills among all stakeholders
Dedicated work ethic and eye for detail and accuracy
