What You’ll Do
Manage daily store operations and lead a passionate team
Achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction
Oversee inventory, merchandising, and stock management
Train, motivate, and supervise staff
Maintain high store presentation and compliance standards
Develop strategies to improve foot traffic and increase revenue
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail management or supervisory role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Customer-focused with a hands-on approach
Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced retail environment
Familiarity with POS systems and inventory tools is a plus
