This company is one of WA's key Residential Builders, a long-term leader in the Perth market they are highly regarded for their quality of builds and focus on customer satisfaction across the first homebuyers’ market.

They are currently looking for a Sketch Designer to join the business on a full-time permanent capacity. This role will report to the Sales & Marketing Manager, working closely with the Sales team to produce sketches/designs based on the clients preferences.

Key Requirements:

• Hold relevant drafting/design qualifications
• Previous experience in a similar drafting/sketch position
• Experience working on residential builds
• Ability to produce sketch designs in ArchiCAD software
• A high attention to detail
• Ability to work in team environment
