The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Building Designer/Architect with a background in the multi-residential sector, keen attention to detail, and exceptional organisational and communication skills. You’ll be empowered to take ownership of projects, working closely with clients, consultants, and councils to bring innovative designs to life.

At Wardle Design, you’ll be challenged with engaging projects that allow you to expand both technical and interpersonal skills in a supportive setting.

Key responsibilities:

Prepare drafting and design drawings in accordance with project requirements and instructions

Prepare comprehensive reports for town planning, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to regulatory requirements

Produce detailed construction documentation in Revit

Liaise with clients, council, and consultants

Ensure documentation adheres to industry standards and company requirements

Manage project timelines and balance responsibilities across multiple projects

What we’re looking for:

Advanced Revit skills, ensuring precision and efficiency

At least 3 years of experience in residential design (preferred)

Ability to understand client needs and provide solutions aligned with budget expectations

Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and organisational skills

Solid knowledge of building codes and regulations

Ability to manage projects independently, including liaising with clients and consultants
