The Role:

Due to recent growth, a position for an experienced Designer has become available, to start as soon as possible. You will report to the General Manager and form part of a small, supportive, and energetic team. This role is critical as part of the sales process to ensure the design of the home is within compliance parameters for company building and local authority.

The Designer will be the champion for the sales sketch process in collaboration with other stakeholders and departments to create a positive customer experience whilst ensuring the design sketches meet the customer and business needs.

This role would suit an experienced Designer or Draftsperson wanting to move into Design.

About You:

To be successful in these roles, you will have:

• 2+ years experience working as a Designer for a residential home builder
• Understanding of building codes
• A positive and self-motivated approach to your work
