One of Australia's well known importers and distributors of audio visual equipment, furniture and Westinghouse small appliances is seeking a professional and enthusiastic allrounder and office admin support team member. Based south of the river close to Gateways shopping centre, this family run business requires a person who is punctual, reliable and able to work independently and as part of a small team.

If you are confident, reliable ,organised, and energetic with a personable telephone manner, enjoy being versatile, and have a willingness to help customers and your office team, this may be the position for you.

You should be available - Monday - Friday (9.30am- 1.30pm) 20hrs/week on a 6 month contract

The position will include:-

- invoicing and responding to claims and customer queries

- responding promptly and enthusiastically - via email and telephone

- data processing

- general office duties and admin support

You will need to have previous customer service experience with confident computer skills and accurate data processing. Knowledge of MYOB and Excel will be an advantage. Relationship skills will be an asset to this role.
