We’re hiring an information line customer service officer to join our client based in the Perth CBD.

As an Information line customer service officer, you will:

• Handle inbound customer service calls and provide accurate information
• Assist with general inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous call centre, customer service, or contact centre experience is highly desirable
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work Monday to Friday in a flexible, part-time capacity
• A positive attitude and a passion for helping people
