The Opportunity:
We are expanding our global reach and seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to lead strategic initiatives targeting China and Southeast Asian markets. This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth in these regions while aligning with our commitment to personalized service and competitive solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Strategy Development:

Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities, trends, and challenges in China and Southeast Asia.

Design and execute localized marketing strategies to penetrate target markets.

Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Brand Promotion & Digital Marketing:

Manage digital campaigns (social media, SEO/SEM, email) tailored to regional preferences.

Oversee content creation (website, blogs, ads) in local languages, ensuring cultural relevance.

Build partnerships with influencers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.

Customer & Partner Engagement:

Develop relationships with distributors, hospitality clients, and retail chains.

Organize virtual/webinar events and participate in trade shows to showcase products.

Provide training/support to partners on product knowledge and brand messaging.

Analytics & Reporting:

Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools; optimize ROI.

Prepare reports on market progress, competitor activity, and customer feedback.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work with procurement and logistics teams to ensure product availability aligns with marketing plans.

Liaise with Countrywide’s network to leverage shared resources and insights.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years in international marketing, preferably in food/hospitality/FMCG sectors.

Proven success in China and/or Southeast Asian markets.

Experience managing cross-cultural campaigns and digital platforms.

Skills & Qualifications:

Fluent in English and Mandarin (written/spoken); additional Southeast Asian languages a plus.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM tools, and social media management.

Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Personal Attributes:

Cultural sensitivity and ability to adapt strategies to local nuances.

Self-motivated, innovative, and able to work independently.

Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
