Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to drive brand growth and market penetration for our edible oil products. You will craft strategies that highlight our commitment to quality and sustainability while expanding our reach in domestic and international markets.

Key responsibilities:

● Develop and implement marketing campaigns for Refresh Oil’s Canola Oil, aligning with company goals and objectives

● Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape

● Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, websites, brochures, and advertising materials

● Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional activities and support sales efforts

● Manage the company’s digital presence, including enhancing SEO, maintaining social media accounts, and overseeing online advertising

● Organise and participate in trade shows, events and product launches to increase brand visibility

● Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve marketing efforts

● Analyse trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine strategies

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree

● 2+ years relevant experience in marketing

● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market research and performance data

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content

● A creative mindset with problem-solving abilities

● Strong organisational and project management abilities

● Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

● Proficient in both English and Chinese
