About the Role

As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in enhancing our brand presence, driving property sales, and engaging with buyers, renters, and investors.

Develop and execute cost-effective marketing strategies to maximise sales and leasing outcomes.

Manage multi-channel campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.

Conduct market research to refine marketing approaches and optimise advertising efforts.

Collaborate with key business stakeholders to strengthen brand positioning.

Create compelling marketing materials to attract and convert leads.

About You

Real estate marketing experience (preferred) or a strong understanding of the Australian property market.

Excellent content creation & branding skills to craft engaging campaigns.

Strong communication & interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus (to engage with Chinese-speaking clients).

Must hold a valid Australian working visa.
