About the role

Are you an experienced Injection Moulding Die Setter with a passion for precision manufacturing? Von Pace Group is seeking a talented professional to join our dynamic team in Carrum Downs, Victoria. As an Injection Moulding Die Setter, you will play a vital role in our state-of-the-art production facility, setting up and maintaining our industry-leading injection moulding equipment to deliver high-quality components for our diverse range of clients.

What you'll be doing

Set up, operate, and maintain injection moulding machines to ensure optimal performance and product quality

Perform changeovers of dies, moulds, and other equipment to support efficient production

Monitor and adjust machine parameters, such as temperature, pressure, and cycle times, to maintain optimal operating conditions

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the injection moulding equipment, collaborating with the maintenance team as needed

Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance on machines and tools

Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and quality standards

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience as an Injection Moulding Die Setter or similar role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Strong technical skills and understanding of injection moulding equipment, processes, and best practices

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the production team

Forklift licence and experience operating material handling equipment (desirable)
