What you'll be doing

• Operate and monitor injection moulding equipment to manufacture products according to specifications
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on moulding equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve any issues during the manufacturing process
• Maintain detailed production records and documentation
• Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

• Relevant qualifications or experience in injection moulding
• Strong technical skills and the ability to operate and maintain equipment, machine size range from 15T - 850T
• Support, train, guide and monitor die setters
• Review cycle times and ensure machines are running efficiently
• Establish processing parameters for new mouldings
• Troubleshoot processing issues
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to workplace safety and environmental regulations
• Robot programming
• Oversee and plan preventative maintenance
• Maintain records in accordance with Quality Management System requirements
• Authority to release finished goods
• Current forklift licence
