Sneddon & Kingston Plastics, industry professionals in plastic injection moulding, requires an Injection Moulding Die Setter on day shift at their facility based in Preston, VIC.

You will undergo the following responsibilities and tasks, which includes but is not limited to:

Injection mould die setting.

machine setting, including set up of peripheral equipment.

Carry out other tasks as instructed by the Shift Supervisor or Lead Technician.

maintain die store.

Assist in trouble shooting.

Carry out other tasks as instructed by the Shift Supervisor or Lead Technician.

Notify Technicians/ Supervisor of any malfunction or problem experienced in performing standard duties or tasks.

Keeping work area clean & tidy.

Complying with training provided, company policies and procedures.

Maintain cleanliness in line with HACCP Requirements

Ensure compliance to all company O.H.S requirements

The successful applicants will need to demonstrate having worked in a similar environment/role, and any experience in HACCP/ food packaging would be advantageous.

The role is available for an immediate start. Indicative wage circa $30/hr, subject to applicant experience and skill level.
