We are seeking an experienced Rotational Moulding Machine Operator & Supervisor to join our Australian Portable Toilets Pty Ltd at our manufacturing facility in Pakenham, Victoria. This is a full-time position that will see you playing a key role in our manufacturing operations. As a Rotational Moulding Operator, you'll be responsible for the efficient and high-quality production of our range of plastic products using rotational moulding techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain rotational moulding machinery to manufacture plastic tanks and components (training provided).
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure consistent product quality.
• Assist in the loading, unloading, and preparation of moulds and raw materials.
• Assemble, rework, and repair plastic products using hand and power tools.
• Perform daily pre-start checks, routine maintenance, and quality control inspections.
• Follow technical drawings and work instructions to meet production specifications.
• Uphold workplace safety protocols and maintain a clean, organised workspace.
• Work collaboratively within a team environment to meet production targets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in machine operation or plastics manufacturing is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 25kg.
• Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
• Forklift license (desirable but not essential).
• A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
• Reliable and eager individuals with a strong work ethic.
• A team player with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
