Your Key Responsibilities

Review, prepare, and manage customer agreements and subcontractor contracts

Maintain contract registers, key dates (renewals, expiries), and variations

Coordinate onboarding of subcontractors, ensuring documentation is complete and compliant (licenses, insurances, certifications, CoR, WHS)

Liaise with the operations, warehouse, and accounts teams to ensure contract terms are met and accurately reflected in service delivery

Ensure company compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR), Work Health & Safety (WHS), and industry regulations

Support the tender and proposal process with accurate documentation and timelines

Keep all records and document templates up to date and stored securely

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 1year of experience in contracts administration or a similar role, ideally in the transport, logistics, or warehousing industry

Solid understanding of CoR, WHS, and general transport compliance requirements

High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines

Strong administrative and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Comfortable working with documentation systems, MS Office, and cloud platforms

A proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
