The Opportunity:

This is a Supervisor-level role in the firm’s Tax & Advisory team, overseeing a group of accountants while working closely with Managers and Partners on complex clients and strategic tax matters.

The Key responsibilities:

• Reviewing and mentoring junior and intermediate accountants
• Managing tax compliance for complex entities, trusts, and family groups
• Leading the delivery of tax advice on matters like Div 7A, CGT, UPE, small business concessions, etc.
• Supporting business structuring, tax planning, and transaction work (M&A, restructuring, asset protection)
• Acting as the first point of contact for a select portfolio of clients
• Helping to scope and deliver advisory work alongside Partners
• Contributing to team development and internal process improvements

What You’ll Bring:

• 6+ years' experience in public practice (with strong tax focus)
• CA or CPA qualified (Masters of Tax highly regarded)
• Confident reviewing work and leading client conversations
• Able to explain complex tax matters in a clear, client-friendly way
• A genuine interest in developing others and growing a team
• Commercial mindset and desire to move towards Manager level
