Join a leading Chartered Accounting firm as a Business Services Manager / Assistant Manager. Work with a diverse client portfolio, including SMEs, high-net-worth individuals, and large corporations. Gain exposure to complex financial and tax issues while building client relationships in a supportive, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor and develop a team of accountants.

Oversee and manage workflow processes.

Prepare Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for all entity types.

Handle BAS, IAS, and FBT compliance.

Review tax compliance and develop tax planning strategies for clients.

Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with clients.

Contribute to broader Business Advisory services and project-based work.

What we're looking for:

Minimum 4-5 years of accounting experience in Public Practice.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, along with CA or CPA qualification.

Excellent attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience in mentoring and developing junior to senior accountants

Expertise in Australian technical accounting and tax.
