The Role:

• Lead and mentor a small team of junior & intermediate accountants
• Review tax returns, BAS/IAS, and financial statements
• Manage client relationships across various industries
• Assist with advisory engagements and complex tax matters
• Collaborate directly with Partners on strategy and workflow

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years in public practice
• CA/CPA qualified
• Solid technical knowledge in tax and compliance (CGT, FBT, Div 7a.)
• Previous experience supervising or reviewing junior staff
• Strong communication skills and business acumen
