Zest Photography is one of Perth’s leading Portrait Photography studio's passionate about helping people change the way they feel about themselves by changing the way they see themselves through a powerful and uplifting studio photography experience. The company photographs glamour, couples and families in an artistic, elegant and creative style within a beautiful and modern studio environment.

This is an outbound phone call sales-based role (30hrs+ per week) converting warm leads over the phone. You will be speaking to mainly people interested in enjoying a Zest Photography experience, asking questions, finding their needs, helping to overcome any objections and to book your customers to have a studio photography experience.

This role most suited to an individual that has a proven success in phone sales, is a high achiever, wants to empower women and wants to work alongside a creative, driven and vibrant team to increase the studios portrait sessions.

The Role will include:

Ongoing telephone sales calls to maintain relationships and convert warm leads into portrait sessions.

Following-up until you have met the customer’s needs and booked them in for a portrait session.

Building relationships, asking deep and meaningful questions and learning about your customers to understand why they would benefit from a Zest Photography Experience.

Achieving daily and weekly sales KPI targets.

Taking care of incoming enquiries via email and phone.

To be Successful in this role you will need to:

Minimum 1 years' experience in phone based selling.

To have had previous sales training and have learnt sales techniques.

Enthusiasm and high energy to consistently be self-motivated.

Tenacity to follow-up, nurture your clients’ needs and close appointments over the phone.

A drive to achieve sales KPI targets and contribute to the overall team success.

Strong in the areas of influencing, persuading and closing a sale.

To be a person who is able to communicate their purpose with enthusiasm.

An appreciation and value for portrait photography.
