The Grounds are looking for Waitstaff across all our venues to join us in creating magical moments for every guest! If you're passionate about customer service, have an outgoing personality and great communication AND love what you do, we want to meet you!

You have:

At least 2 years of experience in a high volume cafe or restaurant.

Great communication skills as well as approachability, personality and passion.

You'll have a genuine love of what you do and a natural ability to interact with every guest.

You are well presented, dynamic and love to go the extra mile.

Solid understanding of what great service actually means. That's a deal breaker.

Full availability - weekends / nights / public holidays.

You work well under stress. We get busy !

Going above expectations to warmly greet, serve and facilitate The Grounds experience.

Maintaining the high standard of our service and ensuring that customers' expectations are always exceeded.

Working with a great team that love being part of the Grounds and always put 100% in to everything they do.

Roles Available:

Hosts - Must have hosting experience and knowledge of OpenTable ( highly regarded)

Section Waiters - Experienced and the ability to manage the operations of assigned sections to the highest level

Take Away - Our TA gets busy. Experience with POS and strong communication necessary!

Bartenders/Glassies- Great communication and experience in a busy bar essential.
