The positions are on a casual basis with attractive pay and working conditions.

Wait Staff

required:

Able to demonstrate efficient knowledge and skills of restaurant table service

Have a minimum of two years previous experience in similar role

Have a fair knowledge of wine and beverages

Hold a current RSA

Available to work dinner services

10-20 hours per week immediate start

Bar Staff:

required:

Have a minimum of two years previous experience in similar role

Have a strong knowledge and skills in mixing cocktails

Hold a current RSA

Efficient in managing the operation of the bar through service and end of day pack down

Available to work dinner services

15-20 hours per week
