Our client is a reputable surgeon seeking an organised Personal Assistant to assist with day to day administration of a busy clinic. Role can be hybrid with flexible hours/days.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greet and assist patients, ensuring a warm and courteous reception
• Manage appointment scheduling, ensuring optimal utilisation of the surgeon's time
• Preparing surgical quotes and coordinating payments and receipts
• Providing patients with pre and post operative information
• Supporting the surgeon with administration in the care of patients
• Managing phones, emails, enquiries, referrals, confirmations, and rescheduling all form part of the coordination required in this position.
• Utilising Genie software

To be successful for this position you will have the following experience/attributes

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced medical setting
• Strong administration and organisational skills
• Keen eye for detail
• Ability to tackle any task with strong follow through.
• Self-motivated
• Previous experience working in a surgical or specialist procedural practice would be preferred
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Genie experience advantageous
