The Role
Working within the General Liability team, you will support a Partner and wider team with all secretarial duties related to their matters. This will include:
Opening matters, running conflict checks and organising cost agreements
Creating, editing, and formatting documents
Liaising with opposing Counsel and managing in Court dates
Formatting, editing and collating client and internal documents
Assisting with month end billing (although a Billing Coordinator manages the majority)
Assist Lawyers in preparing for events
General administrative duties
You
To be considered for this role, you will have:
5+ years experience as a Legal Secretary (in Insurance Litigation)
A desire for longevity in a support position (unfortunately, we cannot consider students for this role)
Advanced MS Suite skills
Excellent communications skills
