What You’ll Be Doing:
- Customer Hero: Be the friendly, proactive point of contact for our customers. Book, reschedule, and update service appointments, keeping customers informed every step of the way.
- Team Coordinator: Organize the schedules of our field service technicians across the country, ensuring they’re deployed efficiently to meet customer demands.
- Service Process Guru: Oversee the end-to-end service process, ensuring requests are completed on time and logged accurately.
- Problem-Solver Extraordinaire: Tackle service challenges head-on and work closely with customers and technicians to keep things running smoothly.
- Process Improver: Spot opportunities to make our service operations even better and share your insights with management.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Experience in customer service or a service coordination role—bonus points if it’s in a technical or service-based industry.
- Exceptional communication skills—you know how to listen, explain, and build rapport with customers and team members.
