As a Bid Coordinator your role will be working closely with the marketing team to create and deliver high quality bid and tender documents.

With proven bid experience, this role will allow you to further develop your organisational, editing/writing and desktop publishing skills.

This is a role where you have the ability to work autonomously whilst being supported and you can influence and add your creative flare.

You will work along side a team who are success orientated and pride themselves on delivering quality.

About the role:

• Work with marketing team and executives to co-ordinate and prepare bid responses to client specifications
• Format proposal documents ensuring strong brand compliance
• Create document covers, dividers, diagrams, tables and graphs in line with our branding
• Review proposal documents including editing, grammar and spelling prior to submission
• Coordinate document production and delivery
• Prepare presentations and content

About you:

• Minimum two years of experience in bid preparation
• Bid, tender and marketing support exposure, within a professional services firm
• Strong attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication
• Brand awareness - implement style guides, visuals and templates for high quality proposals
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft applications: Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat
• Exposure to Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
