THE COMPANY

Established in Australia in the 1960’s this FMCG business is third-generation family-owned and renowned for supplying Australians with the world’s finest food products and ingredients.

Specialising in Nuts, Exotic Spices and Middle Eastern / European products the business continues to rapidly grow due to supplying Australia and its neighbours with the finest local and imported products all year round.

THE ROLE

With a solid focus on the growth and expansion, the business is now importing larger quantities and greater varieties of products across six states and eight countries coupled with their own warehouse and storage facilities boasting their capabilities to importing and distributing over 1,000 items

With a single-minded focus on Sales, Marketing & Brand building, the business is now seeking an experience multilingual sales representative to bring new clients to experience their products

Your day will see you working autonomously achieving the below.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with a variety of international and local clients
  • Creating sales strategies
  • Engaging directly with clients to understand their needs conversing in their local languages.
  • Develop territory to execute your sales plans and opportunities
  • Identifying key accounts and competitor information
  • Showcase your varied sales, strategic & growth selling techniques, successfully converting customer engagements
  • Proactively managing a portfolio of existing accounts
  • Providing regular sales performance reports and insights to the National Sales Manager
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Monitoring market trends and providing insights for strategic decision-making

THE ESSENTIALS

  • Structured, with strong attention to detail and experience in successfully setting and achieving sales targets /KPIs
  • Positive attitude, self- motivated individual who enjoys collaborating with teams to ensure desired commercial outcomes.
  • Proven track record of success in a sales area management role, preferably within the automotive industry
  • Able to deliver customer support through product knowledge, training, and attendance at industry-related events
  • Strong time management, presentation, negotiation and communication skills
  • Capable of growing our new product launches with new customers in new channel
