We are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Representative in Blacktown, Sydney to join their dynamic team with an immediate start. About the Role

As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Providing high-level customer service support to the sales team, customers, and other business stakeholders
• Managing customer inquiries, technical support, pricing, stock management, and order processing
• Preparing quotations and tender submissions, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction
• Handling general sales support, including order management, stock allocation, and backorder management
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external customers
• Participating in sales meetings and events as required

To Be Successful, You Will Possess the Following:

• Experience in HVAC sales or a similar technical industry
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented approach
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including mechanical and electrical drawings
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and commercial equipment is an advantage
