Salary: $66,000 - $68,000 p.a + superannuation + salary packaging. (Commencing salary will be negotiated with the successful candidate depending on qualifications, skills and experience.)

The Role:

We are seeking a highly organised and customer focused Asset Officer to join our team in Port Macquarie. You will be responsible for administration support to the Asset team to deliver professional housing asset management services to maintain the condition and safety of our portfolio of Social and Affordable homes. Improving tenant outcomes through attention to detail and outstanding customer service is critical to this role. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone with a passion for community housing and supporting Aboriginal communities in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery of high-quality asset management administration support in a high-volume environment

Be the first point of contact for all repair and maintenance enquiries

Efficiently and accurately respond to enquiries and direct to appropriate individuals

Requirements:

Ability to satisfactorily complete Police and Working with Children Checks
