The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Office Administrator to support our company leaders in the successful delivery of management and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Senior Leadership Team in administrative tasks.
Provide support in reviewing and ensuring Company documentation and compliance with ISO standards across projects.
Review and administer Subcontractors and suppliers timely invoicing.
Assist in managing project documentation, progress reports and updating IMS/HSEQ/SWMS plans.
Where requested, assist with quotes and tender proposal documentation.
Where requested, assist with monthly invoicing.
Requirements
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Willingness to occasionally walk on-site and travel as required.
